Do you have on-site parking?
Yes we do.
We have parking available in front of rooms as well as under-cover parking, however under-cover spaces are limited.
Space is also available for trailers and boats.
What is the earliest I can check in?
Check in is from 2pm.
If you have booked directly with Motel Grande you may be eligible for early check in if required.
What if I am arriving late?
That is no problem, just give us a call and we can arrange keys to be collected.
Do you offer in-room movies?
Yes, we offer Netflix complimentary to all rooms.
Do you have room service?
Yes, we offer room service dining for Breakfast and Dinner between Monday and Friday.
Menus are available at reception.
Breakfast is served from 7 - 8.30am
Dinner is served from 6 - 7.30pm
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.
Do you have internet?
Yes, we have complimentary unlimited internet available to every room.
Do you have outdoor entertainment area?
Yes, we have a BBQ area as well as an in-ground saltwater pool.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in date and time.
If your cancellation is received less than 72 hours before the reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the first night.
During peak periods any cancellations will incur fees. Peak periods include major events such as the Country Music Festival in January, AgQuip in August, Concerts, and Sporting Events etc.

Do I need to guarantee my booking?
Yes, a credit card is required at the time of reservation to secure your room booking.
Can I book two or more Rooms?
Yes, you certainly can, although we do require a non-refundable deposit of one night, per room to be paid at the time of booking.
